1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds apply only to bookings prepaid via Razorpay.

• No refund is available for walk-ins or bookings not paid in advance.

• Refunds do not apply if food is served or consumed.

2. Process for Refunds

• If eligible, a refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Gift vouchers, prepaid offers and services already delivered are non-refundable.

• Discounts applied during booking cannot be refunded.
