Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the rules for cancelling a reservation at Barbeque Spice.

1. Standard Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the reserved time are eligible for a full refund of prepaid amounts.

• Cancellations within 3 hours of the reserved time are non-refundable.

2. No-Show

If you do not arrive at the reserved time and do not cancel, the booking will be marked as a no-show and payment will be forfeited.

3. Modification of Booking

If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 3 hours prior to your booking. Changes are subject to availability.

4. Refund Timing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.
